I don't have enough memory space in the SD card that came with the Maxi Das DS708 and ive bought a new 32G SD card but when I put it in the machine its not recognizing the card.Pleas tel me what to do and if there is a software issue please send it to me to upload it into the new card.

Hi, is there any error message when the new SD is not recognized? If the original SD card can be read then there is no problem with the SD card slot. Please change another SD card to see if have the same problem. If not there should be problem with the 32G card. Also when you plug in the SD card please make sure it is unlocked. Thanks! -

what format is the card in i think from memory it needs to be FAT32 -

@ autel support i wanted to get a backup for mine too i have 32gb already working and expires in 3/11/2016 but before it expires i want to back it up with another 32gb ,but my fear is i dont know if it will affect the initial working 32gb this is base on past issue on it when i did my updating this year?want u to advice -

Don't wait till you are very near to expiration of your update software. I would get a new SD card of the same size and Brand.
From what I recall I took my present software card and copied all the software to a new folder in desktop or documents. Then highlighted copied and paste the files to the new SD card in the reader or card slot. -

Hi Witsend is right. He is an expert in backup software. Kindly remind you to copy all files in the SD card to a new SD card or your computer, not only the Make folder which contains the vehicle software. Thanks!
